Admissions Portal for Visvesvaraya PhD Scheme(CSE, ECE and PHY)

1. Applicants are advised to read the instruction, eligibility and Prospectus carefully before applying for programme.
2. The Candidate must be providing a valid and active Email ID and Phone number. (All the information and correspondence will be sent to their provided mail ID and contact number.)
3. For EWS and OBC (NCL) applicant, you are advised to submit a valid certificate (For EWS- Financial Year 2025-26 at the time of Personal Interaction) and for OBC (NCL) certificate must be valid during the admission procedure.
4. In case NOC is not available from current employer, a self-declaration for the same may be uploaded.
5. Applicants first need to register using the 'New Registration' button.
6. After successfully registering the candidate will follow the instructions as per given below:
   • Login with your registered mail ID and password
   • Fill up your personal details carefully
   • Upload your requisite documents along with your Passport Photo and Signature
   • Please check your personal information (in Preview) before locking the details, after locking you won’t be able to modify.
   • After locking your personal details, Click “Apply Now” or “Select Programme” on homepage and follow till payment of Registration Fee
